Each of our apartments have been designed with en-suite bathrooms and kitchens to provide comfortable living and study spaces.

 SAFETY FEATURES 

Our top priority is the safety of our tenants and we have incorporated a variety of measures to keep the property secure.

Protecting the property boundary is a full-metal electric fence with twenty-four-hour armed response in case of breach. The two pedestrian gates are tag operated and the same tags provide access via the two front doors to the building.

The motor gate can only be used for vehicle access with a remote provided to vehicle owners.

These safety features together with a safety conscious community has helped us to keep the building free of any breaches since its inception in 2009.
